I’ve been super into my protein smoothies lately and figured I’d make a space to share all of my favorite recipes with you!


Peaches & Cream Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz water

  • 1/2 cup of ice

  • 1 cup of frozen peaches

  • 1 banana

  • 1 scoop of PEScience cake pop protein


Very Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz water

  • 1/2 cup of ice

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1/4 frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 scoop of PEScience cake pop protein


Peanut Butter & Banana Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz water

  • 1 cup of ice

  • 1 banana

  • 1 spoonful of peanut butter

  • 1 scoop of PEScience cake pop protein


Blueberry Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup of ice

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup of blueberries

  • 1 scoop of PEScience cake pop protein


Tropical Blend Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup of ice

  • 3/4 cup of fresh pineapple

  • 3/4 cup of fresh mango

  • 3/4 cup frozen peaches

Pina Colada Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup of ice

  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple

  • 1 banana

  • 1 scoop of PEScience cake pop protein

  • rum optional :)


Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz water

  • 1 cup of ice

  • 1 cup of coffee

  • 2 spoon fulls of pumpkin puree

  • 1 scoop of PEScience cake pop protein


Caramel Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz water

  • 1 cup of ice

  • 1 cup of coffee

  • 1 scoop of PEScience cake pop protein

  • drizzle of caramel and chocolate sauce
