These strength based classes are designed to deliver you with an efficient workout in 50 minutes or less. Bring joy back into your workouts with a community of support without having to think about what to do next, I do all of the thinking for you! We focus on building muscle to help improve strength, increase muscle tone and decrease body fat all while promoting strong movement patterns.

What should I expect from each class?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday + Friday classes are strength focused, while Wednesday and Saturday are cardio based classes.
On Monday’s classes will focus on the lower body with a main target of the quads, Friday’s class will also target the lower body with more of a focus on the glutes and hamstrings as well as some core work.
Tuesday and Thursday are upper body days. Between both days we will hit the biceps, triceps, back, chest and shoulders.
The Wednesday cardio days will be more of an endurance focused class. Long periods of work with limited rest time. Each class ends with a core circuit.
Saturday’s cardio class is more of a short interval class. 30 minutes of intense work with periods of work and periods of rest.
